Mr. Forderhase practices law in the areas of real estate, personal injury, collections, wills, estates and probate and general practice.   He attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earning a B.S. in 1985, and law school at Memphis State University, earning a J.D. in 1992.  He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and raised in Clarksville, Tennessee.  He is an active member at the First Baptist Church in Knoxville and a volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Tennessee Valley.

Mrs. Theresa Weston
Mrs. Weston has twelve years of experience in real estate closings. She is responsible for opening files, coordinating closings, customer service, updating current owner searches, resolving title issues, document preparation, mortgage package preparation, cutting closing and escrow checks, escrow clearance, all disbursements and preparing closing packages.  
 


Ms Martin has been in the real estate industry for 3+ years as a Realtor. She brings with her a background in the legal industry as well as management. As the “face of the company” she handles the marketing and public relations duties for Accurate Title Services, Inc.

     Nancy Ratliff
Ms. Ratliff has served more than 20 yrs as an Office Manager, managing escrow accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable and administering all financial matters.  She also has experience in performing and updating title searches and preparing title insurance policies.
